Our Approach

Our Model

Our model aims at a balance of self-awareness, proficiency in managing relationships, and daring action to create an atmosphere where individuals can be deeply connected to their work and thus deeply fulfilled.

Partnership in – suggests relationship, connection, intimacy and collaboration. Thus, it involves being curious, listening deeply, hearing nuance, holding space for others, and intuits and nurtures.

Discoveries – suggests unearthing, becoming aware, honesty and mindful musing. Thus, it involves being observant, detecting something new, or something “old” that had been unknown, prefers abstract thought and is questioning.

Action – suggests power, direction, action and manifestation. Thus, it involves being courageous, innovative and inventing, has clarity and conviction, is self-managed and takes charge to achieve goals.

Results – suggests measurability, tangibility, is determined by expectations, strategies and actions. Thus, it involves the final consequence of recursive sequences of actions.

Outcomes – suggests that goals have been identified, prioritized, measured, achieved and tracked. Thus, it involves holding the client accountable for their contributions to the resolution of challenges, problem areas and achievement of a goal or goals, while holding the coach accountable for being an effective guide.

The Experience

Hureco Maverick’s Model for Coaching is an experience of personal and professional development unlike other kinds of coaching; only an expert career counselor meets the standard. Implementing the model begins by holding the client as naturally creative, resourceful and whole, and completely capable of finding their own answers to whatever challenges they face. The job of our coaches is to ask meaningful questions; listen, support and empower to elicit the creativity and skills a client already possesses, rather than instruct or advise. Advice is only given on areas of practical matters – how-to expertise. Our coaches use an array of proprietary tools developed by Hureco Maverick®
